History :

Michael Parmigiani established his independent workshop in Fleurier in 1975, where he focused on the restoration of historical pieces and created complicated movements for many well-known watch companies. Partnering with the Sandoz Family Foundation in 1996, Parmigiani had the financial support to transform this company into a full fledged independent brand with a complete industrial facility (Vaucher Mfg). Custom timepieces are unique and respected in terms of both the attention to aesthetic details and the technical refinement of the movements made entirely in house. At the heart of the Parmigiani collection is the Kalpa case, with its elegantly curved lugs and soft rectangle or round shape dial. All timepieces feature the delta hands, rich, multidimensional dials and Hermes strap. Parmigiani recently partnered with Italian yacht manufacturer, Pershing, to introduce its first sport activity piece.
