Founded in 1777 by Abraham-Louis Perrelet, the factory has been continually manufacturing timepieces for over 230 years. The brand pays tribute to its history with two signatures proudly displaying one of the two winding rotors on the dial and incorporating a special glass-covered rotor that allows the finish and decoration of the high quality movements to be admired. The invention of the automatic winding system by Perrelet is seen in every automatic timepiece produced since 1777.
